AND CERTIFIED STATEMENT OF RESULTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Sections 1-13.5-513(6) and 32-1-104(1), C.R.S., by The Grove Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3 (the “District”) of Larimer County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the regular election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby canceled and the following candidates are hereby declared elected:
Bradley Fancher to a 4-year term (2025-2029)
